MOOTS does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items once an order has been placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Delayed delivery due to carrier issues

Limited Drops & Exclusivity

Many MOOTS items are produced in limited quantities or exclusive drops, making restocks and returns unavailable. For this reason, all purchases are final sale.


Defective or Incorrect Items
